Hanging With Our Cousins

Henry's been gone... well, a long time and so we've be scrambling to keep ourselves busy. A few weeks ago Heidi called and asked if I would like to attend a women's conference with her and said her mother in law would be able to watch the kids. SOLD! We packed up and drove to Lynchburg Friday afternoon, got there in enough time to unload the car, say hi to the girls, and wish Joanne luck with 5 kids! Heidi and I took off for Roanoke for the night and we had a great time gabbing and staying in a hotel sans kids. It was nice to get to spend some time together since we rarely get to talk with the kids around. Addie and Carter of course had a marvelous time with their cousins and didn't want to go home. It's too bad they live just far enough that we can't steal a kid or two for the day because they love spending time together.
