Tyndall Air Show

Henry's first show of the season was in Phoenix but this was the first one we were able to go on and it was like going home since we know so many people in PC still.  Saturday morning the kids and I loaded up and drove over to the 43rd to see what the plan for the day was.  Henry had to fly to Punta Gorda, FL for a heritage flight so we pretty much didn't see him all day.  Instead we hung out with some 43rd friends and helped the guys sell at the tent.  What's great about traveling with a tent and a trailer is that the kids have some boundaries at the show.  They hung out in the trailer and had a great time helping Bo sell demo gear.  After the show was over Henry had a mandatory function so the kids and I joined the Shuck girls for dinner and a little catch up time.

Sunday, day 2, was a wash for weather but was a great day for us.  The Echols drove down to spend the day with us and see some friends as well.  We went to the show, watched the demo in rotten weather, tried to watch the Thunderbirds but they had to call their show early due to weather, and went to dinner to celebrate Mattie Claire's 4th birthday.  It was the perfect day.
So cute

Carter was too busy inspecting the wheels to look up for a picture

Bo narrating

Jackson watching Schadow

I was SHOCKED that Carter was willing to touch the falcon.  I guess peer pressure from MC helped.

Look at those happy faces

The boys with Thunderbird 1 aka Basket

And the girls

While they were waiting they were putting on these fabulous dances that were so cute.  One woman even said she was watching them and not the planes. :)

MC wanted to go to Olive Garden for her birthday so that's were we went.

Look at that precious girl.  We love her so much.
