Visiting Friends

This past March Henry had two air shows in Florida so we decided as a family it would be a good time to tag along, see friends, and spend some time with him. We left SUPER early on Wednesday the 23rd and drove to Montgomery, AL to spend time with the Echols. We hadn't seen them or their kids since we said our tearful goodbye in Chick-Fil-A the summer and it was like no time had passed at all. Mattie Claire was waiting for us in the driveway and she and Addie took off running for the dress up clothes and princess items. Carter found Jackson's collection of cars, dinos, Toy Story gear and he was in heaven. We enjoyed a wonderful evening hanging out watching the kids play and chatting and we're so very excited for them to move to Colorado Springs this summer. It's rare when you find a family that all members click with and we are so lucky to have them.

So Addie and Jackson USED to act like they were brother and sister or cousins but this trip there was a *little* more there.  Hummm... we would be trilled if there was... in 15 years. :)
