I knew this day was coming and no the prior knowledge didn't make it any easier. Our little Addie girl walked into preschool for the last time on May 23, 2011. She entered school looking like such a baby this year and left looking like such a big girl. She has grown up so much and is ready for her next adventure, Kindergarten. Addie, we are so proud of everything you have accomplished this year. You started a new school knowing no one and made some very special friends. You started school with a pretty basic knowledge of phonics and letter sounds and left with the highest grade on your phonics test in the whole class. You can count to 150 (before we ask you to stop, you could probably go farther). You can cut and paste like a champ and Mrs. Bennett raved about your cutting skills. You love to sing and have proudly sung at all of your school events this year, including the closing ceremony. You are going to be a star next year at Tabb Elementary and we are so excited to watch you grow.
