Most people steer clear of tourist traps when it's oh, 105 degrees outside. Not us though. We decided to hit the mall on our way to Baltimore and walk around on the hottest day of the year. Yes, it was CRAZY hot, and yes we had a blast. We did wimp out a bit and took a cab to the cupcake place up by the Spy Museum because it was a 12 block walk and well, it was HOT.

We thought about going up for oh, half a second. Too many stairs and we knew we'd be carrying at least one if not two kids. No thanks.
We LOVE Crumbs. Their cupcakes are amazing and SO big.
The Air Force Memorial is much cooler in person than it is off the side of 395.
